University of Arkansas Developing Computer-Based Oil & Gas Modeling Tools
  • Web-Based Decision Support System - Researchers at the University of Arkansas, Little Rock, AR are developing modules for a web-based decision support tool that will be used my small- to mid-sized oil and gas exploration companies, as well as environmental regulators and other stakeholders, to proactively minimize adverse ecosystem impacts associated with the recovery of oil and gas reserves in sensitive areas in the Arkansas region. DOE is funding $320,000 toward this $456,000 project.
