Energia Chihuahua, S.A. de C.V. – FE Dkt. No. 13-120-LNG

The Office of Fossil Energy gives notice of receipt of an application filed on August 5, 2013, by Energia Chihuahua, S.A. de C.V. requesting long-term authorization to export up to 49,500 thousand cubic feet (Mcf) per day of natural gas to Mexico.  Energia Chihuahua requests authorization to export natural gas over a five-year period beginning on November 10, 2013.  Energia Chihuahua seeks authorization to export natural gas to Mexico for the sole use of supplying a power generation plant located in Mexico near the U.S. border.   This request represents the renewal of a previous authorization, issued in DOE/FE Order No. 2592, which extends through November 9, 2013.
