The Office of Fossil Energy gives notice of receipt of an application filed on June 6, 2011, by Carib Energy (USA) LLC (Carib), requesting long-term authorization to export up to a total of 250,000 metric tons (approx. 0.019 billion standard cubic feet) per year of domestically produced and previously imported LNG over a twenty-five year period commencing the earlier of the date of first export or five years from the date the requested authorization is granted. The LNG would be exported from the southeast Atlantic, Florida, and the Gulf Coast, including Texas, to any country in South America, Central America or the Caribbean with which the United States currently has, or in the future will have a Free Trade Agreement.
